Returns & Quality Guarantee 

We offer a 14-day returns & exchanges window from the date your order is delivered.

If you change your mind within 14 days, you may request a return provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.  The buyer is responsible for postage if exchanging product.

Quality Issues

We take the quality of Moderate products seriously. If you experience any issue with product quality, packaging or freshness, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos where possible. We will review the issue promptly and send a replacement product where appropriate at no extra cost.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
