How to Use

Roll with it however feels most familiar.Best enjoyed fresh, reseal the pouch after use to preserve moisture. 20g provides a 30% smaller serving than what you might usually purchase over the counter.Instructions: Pour 250ml of boiling water over 4 teaspoons of herbal mix & leave to brew for 3 minutes.Ingredients: Marshmallow leaf, hops, marigold petals, chamomile, Manuka honey
